The Art We Did Today!

            Today this guy came to our class and showed us some famous art that a famous artist made it was so awesome cause it was painted on a tree ,but it was chopped in slices I was amazed cause I had never seen that before. The artist's name was Alison we didn't get to see her cause she lives in New York (well that's what the guy told us). He drew a picture on the board it was a pretty picture I can't draw like that. He taught us all about the paintings one painting she painted took six weeks to finish it!! Woww! Then we started to paint we had to share paint and a cup of water to rinse off the paint on the brush. We had to mix colors so we can make the blue lighter for the sky. We had to paint nature stuff it couldn't be things that weren't real. I had fun we didn't get to finish our paintings ,but my teacher said we would finish tomorrow so he said he was going to bring paint. After he left we went to lunch!!!!
